The Delhi government has approved the proposal of Department of Social Welfare to enhance the financial assistance to persons affected by leprosy from Rs 1,800 per month to Rs 3,000 per month (an increase of 70 per cent) under the Rehabilitation Centre for Leprosy Affected persons (RCL) scheme
