Anti-Leprosy Day (January 30) is just around the corner, and the state of Maharashtra, which has the third highest new leprosy caseload in the country (15,012 new cases during 2016-17), is getting prepared to celebrate the day in a big way!

In a meeting called by Dr Padvi, Assistant Director of Health Service (Leprosy), Nashik district, at TLM Nashik Vocational Training Centre, in Maharashtra, a detailed planning was done for rolling out a state-level leprosy awareness campaign. TLMTI staff from Kothara, Miraj, and Nashik attended the meeting.
