BARABANKI (UTTAR PRADESH): The Leprosy Mission Trust India’s WEALTH project (Women’s Empowerment through Advocacy, Livelihood Training and Health) organised a gender awareness programme in Ramnagar village of Barabanki district, in Uttar Pradesh, in partnership with District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), on April 12. The objective of the programme was creating awareness about the rights of women and empowering them to claim their rights. A total of 400 women and 100 men, along with 220 children, took part in the programme.

Hon’ble Shri Sanjay Yadav, Civil Judge, and station house officer (SHO), Ramnagar Police Station, were the chief guests.
