The birth of a new partnership
New Delhi: Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (RECL), a public infrastructure finance company in India’s power sector, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI), to construct and equip operation theatres, maternity blocks and Intensive Care Units (ICU) in TLM Champa, Faizabad, and Vadathorasalur Hospitals.
The signing of MoU was done between Mr Rajpal Singh DGM, CSR and Dr Mary Verghese, Executive Director, TLMTI, in the presence of Mr Ajeet Kumar Agarwal, Director of Finance, and Mr Sanjiv Bansal, Executive Director, Finance, in a ceremony held at RECL head office in New Delhi, on April 23.
This support will help TLMTI provide quality medical treatment to leprosy patients and others who visit its aforementioned hospitals.
